Las comunicaciones necesarias para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en los artículos anteriores se llevarán a cabo, preferentemente, por medios electrónicos, informáticos o telemáticos, en los términos establecidos en la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria y en su normativa de desarrollo.
