Article 15
Modifications and amendments
1. Any modification or amendment to this Agreement, and any additional protocol to it, may be made by agreement among the Parties to this Agreement.
2. Any modification or amendment made pursuant to this Article shall be subject to ratification, acceptance or approval by all of the Parties. Modifications or amendments shall enter into force for all Parties 30 days following the date of receipt by at least one of the depositaries of the last notification of ratification, acceptance or approval.
