La parte 2 de la Red de Consulta de Schengen (Pliego de condiciones) queda modificada como sigue:

En los cuadros de las secciones 2.1.4, 2.1.6 y 2.1.7, se añade, respectivamente, después del no 32 el siguiente número:

En las explicaciones adjuntas al cuadro de la sección 2.1.4, se añade el texto siguiente:
«Heading No 033: Privileged member of a Union citizen’s family format: code (1)
It can be indicated here whether the visa applicant is a privileged member of a Union citizen’s family, under Directive 2004/38/EC (to be ascertained by the consulting authority).
For the code to be used, see section 2.2.6.».
